Where are you located?
Jacksonville, NC, but I am available to meet with clients across NC via telehealth
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We are Credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Tricare We are still waiting on Medicaid
What is the cancellation/missed appointment policy?
For missed sessions or late cancellations (canceling less than 24 hours before the session start time), clients are subject to the full session fee ($150/session). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your session time if you have a conflict.
What are your fees for self-pay?
My rates are currently $200 for an initial assessment of 60 minutes (Required on the first session) and $150 for an individual session of 50 minutes.

What can I expect during my first appointment?
During our 60-minute intake appointment, I will administer assessments and conduct a deep evaluation to better understand your specific symptoms. We will also review intake paperwork, including some history about you, and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. We will set goals together and give you an idea of how the therapeutic process will look like moving forward.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and credit cards. No checks accepted at this time
